Full-Stack Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, who will design, customize, and integrate ERP solutions using AL language, .NET, and web technologies (JS, C#). Furthermore, the candidate will bridge business needs with technical implementations, creating extensions, managing APIs, and optimizing system performance to streamline operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Development & Customization: Develop and maintain extensions/apps in AL code, and modernize legacy C/AL code to Business Central standards.
  • Full-Stack Functionality: Build customized modules and front-end functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# to enhance the user experience.
  • System Integration: Design and implement integrations between BC and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs.
  • Technical Implementation: Create technical specifications based on business requirements, including reports, data migrations, and custom pages.
  • Support & Deployment: Debugging, performance optimization, and supporting DevOps processes (CI/CD) and version upgrades.

Required Technical Skills

  • Language & Platform: Expert knowledge of AL Language and Development Environment (Extensions 2.0).
  • Full-Stack/Integration: Proficiency in C# and .NET for backend, and JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend customizations.
  • Database: Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and data modeling.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure Cloud.
  • Tools: Experience with Git/Source Control and VS Code.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in NAV/Business Central development.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Effective communication for interacting with consultants and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required experience: 5+ years of experience in NAV/Business Central development.

Type of engagement: It is a long-term and full-time freelance contract.

Project period: ASAP, long-term, min 12 months extendable for another year. Part-time is possible for the first month, afterwards a full-time engagement is expected.

Hourly pay:
30 EUR / hour (for part-time, for the first month)
35 EUR / hour (for full-time)
possible to grow depending on the quality and delivery

Methodologies: Agile / Scrum
