Hourly rate: 35 EUR / hour (for full-time)

Location: Your remote home office with some travel to Norway, maximum 2 days trips (one-night stay) each month during the project

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for performing the validation testing on a subset of the requirements set by customers for the Historian as well as developing a custom extractor to trigger the extraction of a batch/buffer of data from the OPC-UA hub to CDF upon specific events.

Required skills:

– At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
– Data pipeline design experience
– Experience implementing data pipelines
– Relevant experience with OPC UA data (transformation, modeling)
– Python coding skills
– Experience with requirement validation testing
– Basic CDF knowledge (training will be provided)
– Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker and other related technologies
– Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn

Our client is a Norwegian company that will sign a freelance agreement directly with the chosen candidate.
