Short description of the project:

Our client is based in Oslo and delivers digital solutions, services, consulting and infrastructure to a global market by implementing, integrating, supporting, and maintaining the entire digital business landscape with an ERP system as the core engine as well as with Power BI and Hypergene Planning and Performance Management giving their customers full control, efficiency and insight into their business.

About the role:

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Unit4 ERP, you will support customers through every phase of solution implementation. This includes assisting in system design workshops, providing application consultancy and training, and advising on business processes. Your key contribution will be delivering solutions that best meet customer needs. This role demands extensive business knowledge and comprehensive understanding of various Unit4 ERP software modules and related products.

Your responsibilities:

– Implement Unit4 ERP products and modules
– Assist in system design workshops for customers
– Analyze requirements and proposed business processes
– Build solutions according to the client’s standards
– Provide advice on the optimal use of Unit4 ERP functionality
– Recommend business process adjustments for successful implementation
– Participate in Quality Assurance of test configurations
– Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the Project Manager
– Identify scope changes and manage them using change control processes
– Train customers in Unit4 ERP solutions at their sites
– Enhance knowledge of new Unit4 ERP functionalities
– Maintain and develop customer relationships
– Identify additional customer needs and share with the Client Manager

Your qualifications:

– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Unit4 ERP software
– Proven track record of implementing Unit4 ERP Modules, including a good understanding of either:

– HR and Payroll and/or
– Financials, and one of Logistics or Project Costing and Billing

– Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and MS Word
– Skilled in process analysis and mapping
– Knowledge about Project Management processes

Type of engagement:

It is a long-term and full-time freelance contract.

Project period:

ASAP, long-term, min 12 months extendable for another year. Part-time is possible for the first month, afterwards a full-time engagement is expected.

Hourly pay:

30 EUR / hour (for full-time), possible to grow depending on the quality and delivery

Methodologies: Agile / Scrum
