Short description of the project task:

• We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Product Manager who can step in as the true delivery owner for our core platform, acting as the vital link between product strategy and the engineering team.
• You’ll take day-to-day responsibility for the developers: running sprints, stand-ups, retros, grooming and planning sessions, while building and maintaining solid structure and rhythm in a fast-moving deep-tech environment. You will own task creation, follow-up, prioritization, and making sure the team always knows what to work on next and why.
• This is a role that requires both strength and empathy: you are not afraid to push when needed, give honest push-back, challenge estimates, ask the tough questions, and drive decisions forward — yet you are collaborative and caring enough to keep the team motivated and united.
