Short description of the project task:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will employ your expertise in API integration and coding to enhance our Salesforce platform. Your role involves creating and managing complex workflows, triggers, and APEX development, with an emphasis on declarative programming.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Automation:

– Have proven skills in APEX, flows and data management
– Design and implement complex flows to automate business processes.
– Develop triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
– Prioritise clicks over code in APEX development, aligning with our declarative
programming approach.
– Ability to read and write Apex code.
– Build solutions within Salesforce to address any company-wide issues,
requirements and processes making them more efficient and user-friendly.
Testing and Maintenance:
– Test and implement applications within Salesforce.
– Handle daily maintenance and support cases, both for Salesforce and in-house
systems.
– Manage sandbox staging, testing, and the deployment of new processes to production.
Communication and Documentation:
– Maintain clear and consistent communication with end users.
– Produce technical documentation and perform data reviews to ensure quality and
efficiency.

Solution Building and Integration:

– Develop solutions within Salesforce to address any company-wide issues,
requirements and processes making them more efficient and user-friendly.
– Review and adjust custom-developed code as necessary.
– Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems.Experience
– At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Service Cloud development.
– Knowledge in solution design, architecture, relational databases and Salesforce
best practices.
– Experience in using tools like Confluence and Jira.
– Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
– Relevant certifications (Salesforce Admin I/II, Salesforce Certified Platform
Developer I/II).

Type of engagement: It is a freelance contract with the following project period:

– Start: ASAP
– Duration: 6 months
– Location: Remote

Hourly pay:
20 EUR / hour (for part-time, for the first month)
25 EUR / hour (for full-time)
possible to grow depending on the quality and delivery

Methodologies: Agile / Scrum

Level of English: Good; Talking, Reading, and Writing

Place of work: remote home office, for the client in Norway
