We are looking for candidates with experience and interest in data and machine learning engineering, with some of the following skillsets:

– Can work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish, while also enjoying teamwork
– Actively strives to learn new things and share knowledge with others
– Proficiency with writing performance and stable code in Python
– Proficiency with Python, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SciKit-Learn and other ML libraries
– Proficiency with MLOps principles and processes
– Experience in developing CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML models
– Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
– Experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake and Azure
– Proficiency with source control systems such as Git and Bitbucket
– Ability to work in an Agile environment
– Fluent in English

Required experience: 3+ years in data and machine learning engineering

As Senior ML Engineer, you will be part of the AI team, working in close collaboration with the Data and Product teams. The scope of work is with both customer and internal projects:

– Design, develop, test and deploy AI/ML/RL models
– Solve complex business problems and challenges with traditional methods and state-of-the art techniques
– Construct, analyze and interpret models to diagnose decision / optimization issues and to identify trade-offs among objectives when formulating solutions
– Turn business requirements into effective models to bring into production for the largest players in the industry
– Collaborate with stakeholders such as Data Scientists, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to optimize the delivery of ML products
– Become a critical asset and member of the organization’s core team

Type of engagement: It is a long-term and full-time freelance contract.

Project period: ASAP, long-term, min 12 months extendable for another year. Part-time is possible for the first month, afterwards a full-time engagement is expected.

Hourly pay:
25 EUR / hour (for part-time, for the first month)
30 EUR / hour (for full-time)
